Course Description:

Have you ever asked yourself as a leader, where do I go from here? If you are a good leader, do you know how to become a great one? This workshop will explore The 5 Levels of Leadership, created by John C. Maxwell. With the intent that leadership is a verb, not a noun, this course will take participants through an unexpected journey until the Pinnacle of Leadership is reached. Participants will first assess their current practices and their starting level of leadership. As each level is identified, participants will navigate through the given challenges, pushing through their limits. Mirroring our real-world situations in Family and MWR, this course will allow participants to evaluate and improve at their level, even while experiencing the lows and highs of being a leader. This course incorporates the Army Leadership Requirements Model, with the competencies of leading, developing and achieving at the forefront.
