Strengths Based Leadership:  The purpose of this workshop is to introduce Installation Management Leaders to a method of maximizing the efficiency, productivity, and success of their organization by focusing on and continuously developing the strengths of their team. At the heart of Strengths-Based Leadership is the belief that team members have more potential for growth building on their strengths instead of fixing their weaknesses.
