Course Description: If you are completing this course, you have been selected to learn how to train others to conduct the required training for the Warrior Adventure Quest (WAQ) reintegration program. In this online course, you will gain a better understanding about your role and the content that you will be teaching to others. You will learn what the Warrior Adventure Quest (WAQ) Program is and why it exists. You will learn about the Leader-Led Action Debrief (L-LAAD) and how to train others, such as platoon leaders, to effectively facilitate an L-LAAD at the end of a WAQ activity.
