People cannot succeed in life without the ability to communicate effectively or the ability to listen with purpose.  The Art of Connecting take the learner on a journey to understanding the different levels of listening and applying that skill against the challenges we face in the workforce as we connect with others.  Connecting is the ability to identify with people and relate them in a way that increases your influence with them.  According to the Harvard Business Review, “The number one criteria for advancement and promotion for professionals is an ability to communicate effectively.” – This means connecting!   This course will provide the learner techniques on how to connect with your team through higher level listening to form a more genuine partnership.
