Course Description: The course is designed to provide a brief overview of MWR and a more in-depth view of the BOSS Program relevant to BOSS Senior Leaders. It discusses history, mission, components, marketing, garrison and community integration and ways that Senior Leaders can advocate for BOSS. At the end of the course, the student will be able to describe the key roles and responsibilities of BOSS Senior Leaders and apply the learned principals to support their BOSS programs.
