What is RecTrac?

RecTrac is a Vermont Systems’ primary recreation management software products have been installed and implemented at most Army, Navy, and Marine bases worldwide for use at their Military Welfare and Recreation (MWR) facilities.  Many Air Force bases have implemented these activity registration management software applications in their Services facilities, as well.  The RecTrac registration management software has been enhanced to fit the needs of most activities, such as Outdoor Recreation, ITT, Auto Hobby, Fitness Centers, Bowling Centers, Community Centers, Family Camps, Youth Centers, Riding Stables, Marinas, Theaters, RV Parks, Rod & Gun Clubs, Arts & Craft Shops, Ski Areas, Dining Halls, and more.  Our GolfTrac POS software applications are installed at all Army, Navy, and Marine Golf Courses handling their point of sale, tee-time, and maintenance operations.  Several Air Force bases also have installed GolfTrac golf course management and tee time booking software to manage their golf courses.

The RecTrac recreaton management software application includes 11 integrated modules: Activity Registrations, Facility Reservations and Booking, Pass Membership Tracking, Pass Management Photo, League Scheduling, Court Reservations, Trip Reservations, Locker Rentals, Equipment/Site Rentals, Personal Trainer Scheduling, Point of Sale/Inventory Control, POS Theater/Venue Ticketing, POS Restaurant Open Table View, and Incident Reporting.

 For those operations that prefer one database of fully integrated applications, simply add the Golf POS software and/or the Child/Youth Management software.  All common data, such as households/family members, are shared by all modules, as are the Systems Administration functions for centralized financial control, inquiries, and reporting. 

 Other integrated products include Photo ID Card & Key fobs, Biometric Finger & Vein.
